THE Holy Grail of Frizz-Busters
My bathroom is LITTERED with leave-ins. A lot of them make the problem WORSE. Can I get an AMEN?
For reference, I have grey hair that’s professionally colored brown, it’s natural shade. It’s frizzy. UBER frizzy. And NOTHING has helped. I like to air dry. I’m a no muss, no fuss kinda gal.
This stuff works. Two pumps Anna my shoulder-length, sorta thick tresses were quelled. They aren’t sticky, the volume wasn’t compromised—it just. Isn’t. Frizzy.
Kudos, Olaplex. I did also use the Olaplex shampoo, conditioner and perfectos (which I use sometimes anyway). Will try with Living Proof PhD, my other go to. I’d report on my results BUT UNFORTUNATELY NORDSTROM DOES NOT LET A GIRL EDIT. Oh, well.

I believed the hype about this product. It turned my hair into straw. No. 6 claims to seal the ends of your hair, smooth and soften the hair, and be the miracle your hair has been dreaming of. Not for my hair. Nothing magical about it. Thank goodness Nordstrom will let me return.

The BEST smoother!
Love this product. I’ve used Olaplex Nº.6 Bond Smoother for years and it’s one of the few things I consistently repurchase.
I have naturally wavy, frizz-prone hair, and when I blow dry it straight, this is what makes the difference between “puffy by 10am” and sleek, smooth hair that actually lasts. A pea-sized amount is enough for my whole head, and it doesn’t feel heavy, sticky, or greasy. It smooths everything out, cuts down on blow-dry time, and helps my style stay polished — even on humid days.
I also love that it doesn’t make my hair feel coated. It still feels soft and touchable, just more controlled and healthy-looking.
If you struggle with frizz or want that smooth, salon blowout look at home, this has absolutely earned a permanent spot in my routine.
