gorgeous shoes but disappointed in shipping

Nordstrom is know for taking extra care and shipping in high quality boxes. I received my shoes in a thin shipping bag completely the opposite of Nordstroms typically shipping containers. The shoe box was completely crushed and broken. As my event was coming up I did not have time to order a new pair. I’m disappointed that I’m stuck with a fully destroyed box. Completely unacceptable

Stylish and sexy

This shoe looks more expensive than it is. Heel height is perfect—sexy but totally wearable. The sizing runs slightly larger. I wore a smaller size than usual in this shoe. Love it. Going to buy another color.

Love the Shoe

The heel is great and looks pretty! The packaging was awful, mine was similar to the first review. Destroyed box and in a packaging bag, I’m surprised the shoe wasn’t destroyed.

comically short strap

I really wanted to like This Hill because it’s so cute understated but classy but once I got it, I tried it on they fit perfect but I could not fasten the straps. I have relatively slim feet and small ankles and for some reason this strap was just way too short —it fit around my wrist, but not my ankle added a photo for reference.
