Great layer for puffer
Great everyday and outdoor activity vest for me. When doing outdoor hikes, with a lightweight down jacket I usually like an extra layer that doesn't add any weight but offers some wind resistance also. This goes perfectnover my REI puffer. I'm a little older at 73 so body proportions give me a little larger waist than 10 years ago. A medium would fit great over a thin underlayer but I sent with the large for the layer over the puffer. I'm a 36 in waist. Happy tinha e this until then weather warms up and it's a great fit for early mornings, spring, and fall evenings in So Cal.

Lightweight Training Best
Lightweight and warm. I’ve layered it with L/S shirts and crew sweatshirt with no problem. I’m 6’4” 260 and the XXL fit just right.
