Eye-hook damaged
upon arrival. It caught in an eyelet in shipping and tore off of the blouse. I met with alterations and they asked if I paid for the shipping. How is that relevant? (I had free shipping with the purchase.). Next, she said I would need to pay for the repair. The tags are still on the blouse, so I'll most likely return the item. The quality of customer service at Nordstrom just isn't what it used be ; (
