Wide maybe but not high instep
It's great that you design wide fitting shoes but my son also has a high instep and across the sizes 3 - 5 the shoe was too low/shallow for his instep.

I received a pair of shoes that was already worn
The shoes arrived earlier than expected, which was exciting. However, I noticed cat or animal hair on the inside of the shoe, and the bottoms were dirty. Upon closer inspection, I also found scuff marks on the front. I'm glad I checked, as the item is for my niece, and my sister is severely allergic to cat hair.
