Do not waste your money
I was so excited to add this to my bathroom. Delivery was quick and the packaging was intact. Unfortunately, when I plugged it in, it would not turn on. No lights. No heat. No nothing. The troubleshooting guide says to check your outlet. I did that and everything I plugged into the outlet worked fine except for the towel warmer. I plugged it into numerous other outlets and still nothing. My local Nordstrom has closed permanently so returning involved a trip to another county, since this item cannot be returned to the Rack. I wish it worked!

A small luxury
The device works as expected, the cord that powers the warmer is not as long as I would have hoped which limits where it can be placed in the bathroom without using an unsightly extension cord. I was hoping this device could be used to warm throw blankets but the capacity is a bit too small for that.
