Perfect for a sore neck
Perfect for a sore neck. I don’t snap it but drape it over my shoulders when working at the computer. also it heats up quickly and has an auto dut off after awhile.

Stopped working after 3 months
This worked great for the first three months. After that, it stopped working. I tried all the trouble shooting options I could find online and nothing fixed it.

Sad, Sad Day
I was really looking forward to getting this in the mail, especially after suffering from tension headaches. Sadly, they sent me the wrong thing just a normal heating pad. It’s a real bummer because it’s really difficult to find the energy to go return something. Just be wary that you might get the wrong item if you choose to order it.

Awesome Heat Relief for Shoulder/Neck Pain
Excellent for neck and shoulder pain. I had one that also had vibration/massage, but it was horrible because it didn't get heat to my shoulder. This one fits around my shoulders perfectly!
