Comfortable, size up
I usually wear a size 5.5 depending on the shoe/heel, but I sized up this time as I have small, but wide feet (even though I choose the wider option). Fits perfect and is very comfortable to walk around!

Not wide at all
These sandals are very pretty but I ordered the wide and they weren't wide at all. I initiated a return and two labels were created for one order, I am hoping I won't be charged twice for the return. I e-mailed Naturalizer about that but their e-mail address doesn't work. It's already bothering me that I have to pay for the return since they are not as advertised, hope I won't have to pay for each pair.

Run small!
These run small in every way. Definitely not a true size 12 which is frustrating. They’re also insanely narrow. Unless you have very narrow feet naturally, I’d probably recommend getting wide. They did seem pretty comfortable. Big bummer honestly. Second time I’ve had the size issue with this brand, was hoping the previous was just a one-off.

Uncomfortable straps
Unfortunately, I am returning the shoes! The straps are very uncomfortable and scratched my ankle. I gave this wedge three stars because the sandal is cute, and the padding is super comfortable. cushion. The padding feels like a cushion. The Marine sandal straps are way more comfortable.
Maybe the other customers will have a better experience.
