disappointed
I ordered this product THREE DIFFERENT TIMES, and each time they came crooked just like this. This last pair the worst of all. Very disappointing ordering a designer expensive brand, to see there is zero quality control. Disappointed in Nordstrom as a brand that I have really trusted in the past as well. It’s one thing for them to come crooked once, but three times?!? Something’s wrong here.
