Would be a good shoe if...
there were something to it. I ordered a 7.5 wide. It is super narrow, not supportive, and to be blunt, pretty hideous in person. Really flimsy and barely a shoe. Tried on and immediately said "nope". Returning, which stinks because it took 10 days to get here. So disappointed.

Dug into back of ankles
Read great reviews and at first thought they were nicely cushioned and comfortable but after wearing them for 6 hours on the first day, the back was digging into my ankle. I wore them a second day hoping it would somehow improve but was really disappointed. They camel color also showed wear easily. I'm looking for something comfortable for work since my feet have grown half a size size having kids. I have yet to find something professional looking, comfortable and cute.

Wide width is misleading - do not order
Warning to anyone ordering wide width: these are not wide, in fact they're a full 1/4 narrower than a similar style of wide-width shoes I also purchased from Naturalizer. The inconsistency is astounding - obviously little to no quality control.

great basic black shoe
I am always looking for this basic shoe that I can wear my custom arch supports. Have a heel that can be replaced when needed. I wear to work with business casual attire. Slightly wide in the heel for me but I believe that adding the heel pads will fix that issue. Ordered a 12 M. I have a narrow heel but can not order narrow as the rest of the shoe is usually too tight. Overall, keepers!!

Poor quality
I thought these shoes were beautiful when they arrived, but unfortunately that didn't last long. After only a few times wearing them, the leather lost its shape entirely. Now they look like any other pair of cheap flats. Save your money, I was very didappointed.

Size up for maximum comfort
I ordered these in black velvet and love them. I did need to exchange them for the next 1/2 size up, though, since they were a bit snug. I'm so glad I did, because they feel great. If you want to wear socks with them, you may even need to go up a full size. They're not Birkenstocks but they're way more comfortable than your average pair of flats.
