Above Expectations

I haven't given this gift to my wife yet as it is only December 24th but I didn't want to wait to write a review. I've never been one to "take advantage" or Nordstrom's excellent customer service but I more or less caused this one myself. I recently moved and shipped this gift to my old home as my profile was saved with my old address. I didn't have much time as I needed this before Christmas. I went online to Nordstrom's customer support and they express shipped it to my new home. I have no idea what they did with the other necklace that was sent to my old house but they didn't charge me for my mistake. So I can't say anything about the necklace yet but I can assure you that you will have excellent customer service from start to finish throughout your purchase. Merry Christmas, Kevin

Clasp broke on first open

Took this out of the bag to try on and the clasp immediately broke upon opening it. Completely fell off the chain with little effort. Returned, very poor quality for the price.

Not what I expected

I ordered a Nashelle bracelet that matches this a while ago. The bracelet is amazing and I get so many compliments on it that I thought I would get the necklace too. The bracelet is very small and delicate. This necklace is not. The disk is much larger than I expected and the letter on the disk is huge. Nothing about this necklace is small and delicate. The length of the chain may have something to do with it because it hangs very high up on the neck. The chain is also very short like other reviews said. Maybe with an extension, it would look more appropriate.

Great price, beautiful gold

Love the gold color! Some similar styles by other brands are really yellow and fake looking. This piece is perfect because it matches all of my real gold. The necklace wears really well, I go swimming, shower and workout with this on and it still looks brand new! Impressed and in love with my new favorite necklace!
