garment arrived stained

It’s not the brand or shirt itself. Nordstrom is going down hill. Customer service is slow and policies are so stingy it appears they are being choked by better options. Love Elwood, and everything I’ve gotten from them. Next time I think I’ll buy directly from the brand. My shirt came at a snails pace (through usps as well) and when I opened it, it was like someone had been eating Cheetos in it. It was pretty gross. I waited so long I decided to wash the shirt because it’s disgusting- and they wouldn’t even offer a partial refund or discount for a damaged garment. Just nuts, and I hope my review helps someone be spared the disappointment.
