Bought and returned this same purse over 7 times
I went back and forth to the south coast Nordstrom in OC over 7 time to order and return this same bag. I wanted this bag so incredibly bad that I was on a mission to own it. But unfortunately every time it would arrive there would be damage or scratches somewhere on the bag. Once time it even looked like the bag was squished flat. I’m just super upset as I’ve been a Nordstrom shopper/ cardholder for over 15 years and have never received an item that’s seemed to be used when it was suppose to be new each time. Just overall disappointed
