Get One > Stuff It!
This is a very well priced member of a very utilitarian product category. You roll this badboy up and tuck it into a small corner of your pack, for when the temperature drops, the wind picks up or it starts to drizzle. Although not completely waterproof, it sheds rain and mist long enough to get you back to your home base dry. Can be stuffed into a Nalgene or a 5L sack to save room. I also have the "warm", lightly insulated Hoody model of this jacket, which I use incessantly mornings at the crag.

Super lightweight wind shell
I always underestimate this windshell. It is incredibly lightweight. I mean, really, really light. And it stops the wind from freezing me and is a great light layer on chilly, but not cold, days. The Pertex is far more breathable than the Gore fabric used in my Arc'teryx wind shell.
I now layer this over light or midweight fleece on cool, and especially cool and windy, days.

My go to light jacket
Stylish and the answer to that temperature range between perfect and chilly. Super light and almost unnoticeable in your pack, luggage or center car console. I highly recommend this jacket as part of your kit.

Kor Air-shell Jacket Doing What It Is Supposed To
So far so good. I have worn it in cold weather as a layer garment over a base layer for walking and hiking. (I put an insulation layer over that....) Something like 10 times as of now. It is doing what I planned. It packs down very small and along with that, is very light. In such a layering configuration as I described, 20+ mph winds and 25 degree F did not bother me.
