We reimagined this summer essential with a contemporary polish, layering in juicy grapefruit and freshly peeled lemon rind for a bright, sweet-tart sparkle that softens out citronella’s sharper, grassy edge. At the center, syrupy pear brings a rounded sweetness, balanced by savory hints of fresh thyme and sage. A lively spark of red currant, star anise, and black pepper adds fresh, open-air electricity. It is complex and nuanced – herbal, lemony, tart, sweet, grassy, and subtly spiced – crafted to keep the soirée buzzing well into the night. Excellent for indoor and outdoor use.
