A pre-moon must have!
I tend to be hormonally imbalanced & lately my PMS has been worse than ever. So when I had the chance to try this supplement, I was so stoked. I starting taking it a week or two before my period was due & it truly seemed to reduce my PMS symptoms, drastically. I didn’t have any pup in a cup episodes & even my cramps were less of a pain than usual, which was AMAZING! I highly recommend being good to your hormones! :)

My skin has never looked so bad!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a big fan of HUM products and have loved everything I've tried so far so I figured I'd swap out my DIM supplement for this one ... within a week I broke out so terribly I look like I'm 16 again. 11/10 do not recommend :( Major bummer!

Amazing experience
Gifted by hum nutritional. This supplement is amazing. After a couple of months of taking this consistently, I've had significantly less mood swings. I’m surprised this actually works! Now I have very mild pms symptoms. Thank you hum nutrition.

A PMS Game Changer!
The HUM Moody Bird vitamins, gifted by HUM Nutrition, are a game changer! Great PMS pill
I absolutely loved this skin resurfacing serum! It took my full textured skin and made it do a 180!! My hair is so glowy and plump now! It took about 2 days for my dead skin to start to flake off revealing a glowing complexion!
