First of all: If on the fencesize down. I bought both small and medium, kept the small. Wear a 15.5 dress shirt and a suit size 40R. About 5’10” 145-150 pounds. Ride bikes so big legs but I don’t lift weights so not really muscular up too. Hope that helps. Now on to the garment. Fabric is lovely, fits nicely over a suit, pockets feel nice, collar sits well. Great length for those of us around 5’ 9”. Zip out option is nice. Recommend. Especially now that it’s on sale.

I purchased this coat after I accidentally left my old Nordstrom coat in a cab. That coat was also made by Cardinal of Canada, but under the Nordstrom label. It was a very nice coat, and I was disappointed when I misplaced it. That particular coat was no longer made under this label, but once I figured out Cardinal of Canada still made and offered these coats on Nordstrom, I found this one and I like it even better. It has nicer finish than the Nordstrom model, and feels a bit softer overall. I did pay quite a bit more compared to the Nordstrom offering, but this is the closest look I could find that matches the old one. I was able to purchase one on sale through Nordstrom and I feel like I got my money's worth. I'm 6'1" and the medium fits well. The sleeves could be a bit longer, but it's not a deal breaker.
