This is the first item I received from my Anniversary sale order and it is perfect! I can only hope my other items will be just as perfect. It is delicate and so pretty. Also, both of my teenage daughters told me it was pretty which makes it a hit!

Can't be engraved
Despite the description mentioning "Can be engraved," the staff in the jewelry department refused to do it. When I showed them the description from the website, they said that this model was probably customizable in the past, but that it is no longer possible now. As a result: a ruined gift, wasted time, and no apologies for the misleading product description.
