Sent me a cheaper wrong product.
I really wanted to love this bracelet and ordered it waiting anxiously for it to be delivered and alas I opened the package and found the wrong item. Nordstrom sent me a different bracelet which was cheaper than the one I ordered. I was thoroughly disappointed and felt cheated. It isn’t ok. I order online because I’m busy and have no time to visit stores and look around. When I order a product, I expect to be delivered the correct product and not a different cheaper one.
Once when I went to the store to return an expensive jacket which I purchased from Nordstrom online a it didn’t fit me, the store refused to accept return as a few days had lapsed than the stipulated return date. The delay was due to me not having time to visit stores. When Nordstrom sticks to their policies, then you should be able to deliver too.
Disappointed customer.
