Broken, missing jewels

Bought these for my daughter in May for graduation. As of 9/1 a jewel came out in each one and the clasp broke. I called Nordstrom and found out they cannot help me because this vendor sells through Nordstrom. The vendor needs to assist with replacement. I have tried to contact them via email on 9/1 (because there is no phone number) and still have received no response.
