Not a cheap $5 bag, yet it was packed as if it was one. Dented and ripped box. Not a single wrapping paper or tissue, no bubble wrap either. Just plainly tossed in the destroyed box with 0 protection. Bag came all scuffed and warped. Utterly disrespectful to the customer to have such terrible quality control and atrocious packing/handling. Expected way more from such an expensive product. (For context, bought 3 different Melissa items, 2 bags 1 sandal. They all came in together in an unbelievably bad condition).
