Badly made
Not manufactured in usa anymore and they were bought for my grandaughter who was very sad they had to be returned because there was a hard stonelike seam. Very badly made. Also ran big

Cute but...
My daughter is a size 12 and has high arches. We ordered the purple color online and they were really cute and good quality. But, they run narrow and the zipper only extends about halfway on the side of the boot. They were impossible to get on. We tried and tried, but her foot would not go in. We took it back to a Nordstrom store and tried the same boot on in a different color a size larger. She barely got that on her foot and there was way too much room at the toes. Part of the problem is her high arches, but the bigger problem is the poor design of the zipper and the narrowness of the boot. We were really disappointed because the boots are adorable.

Zipper Issues
I love these shoes but I noticed that every time my daughter wore them the zipper would never stay up. We were told by a Nordstrom associate that there was apparently a "bad batch" and they were aware of the zipper issues. Nordstrom's took back our original pair with the bad zippers and replaced them with a brand new pair….and we haven't had any problems with the zippers with the new pair. Got to love Nordstrom's customer service and how they always make things right if your purchase isn't satisfactory. Other than the zipper issues, both my daughter (5 years old) and I love these shoes!

Good price for cuteness
My daughter's foot is 5.5 inches long, so I bought a size 7 and it fits a little over half an inch bigger, which is perfect 'cause there's room to grow but it's still comfy for her. She likes climbing on everything and the sole of these boots make it easier for her to do so at the park. I also bought the adult size for myself so we could match haha.

Adorable!
These are the cutest little shoes ever! I love them and so does my daughter. The only negative is that the zipper falls down a little but it's not too bad to where they come off.
