Mini Solene Acrylic Flower Appliqué Top Handle Bag

I just received this bag this minute in the mail in such horrible state. This bag costs about $600 not $10 like a dollar store item or thrift store item, but I wonder why Nordstrom would send it to a customer like a bag purchased from thrift store which I doubt even thrift store would never send such packaging to any customer. It’s obvious this bag had been used by a previous buyer, it doesn’t look new at all. If your return doesn’t come back in the right packaging, I believe you have every right not to honor such return or you honor it and send back to manufacturer instead of reselling bags in such horrible condition to another customer. This is reason why Nordstrom should have all bags in manufacturer’s packaging? Nordstrom is the only store that sells bags without manufacturer’s original boxes. This is not a good customer service at all. Hence, some customers return used bags in terrible conditions and Nordstrom is reselling in such bad conditions to new customers. This doesn’t speak well of Nordstrom’s existing good customer service. This bag is going back definitely. I have pictures showing the state I received the bag in the mail just now.
