Mini Rodeo Leather Sling Pouchette

SHAME ON NORDSTROMS. This bag is exactly what I wanted for my birthday. It arrived, tags cut off so clearly a returned item with THE SECURITY ALARM TAG STILL ON! $1,700 bag, used and also UNABLE TO WEAR. I called CS within minutes of opening the box, spoke to an agent who told me she didn't know how to help me and said she would need to talk to her team leader, ot me on hold FOR OVER 30 minutes, then disconnected the call. Next thing I know, I get a return label from Nords in my email. No call back, no apology, no offer to help fix the situation...nothing. I SPENT $1,700 FOR A USED BAG I CAN'T EVEN USE, and now have to return it with no explanation or acknowledgment that they messed up! Happy Birthday to me. Thanks Nordstroms, Ill take my decade plus of spending everywhere else but to you. BEYOND DISAPPOINTED.

Just like an LBD, everyone needs the perfect LBB and this is it. Perfectly simple, slouchy and classic, it’s a great grab and go bag to fit any occasion. Trip to the store, out to dinner, or a fancier party or occasion. I love how it’s not branded, but other handbag lovers will know. My favorite thing is I have the Rodeo in the mini size and I can switch the long strap and use the pochette as a crossbody. Amazing! Thankfully, I read the other review and went to the store in person. I had to order it from the Chicago store, but I was able to ensure there would be a dustbag and it would be in pristine condition. The leather is amazing and I’m going to get so much use out of it.
