Disappointed in customer service

I ordered the handbag on 5/5/26. I intended to pick it up at the store when it shipped. It was promised to arrive 5/11-14. I made a special trip on 5/22 to inquire if it had arrived, and heard it had not. Now it is 6/7/26 and I still have not received the bag nor the notification that it has arrived at the store. Please find this shipment and get in touch with me. Thank you
