Dislike strap
This is a beautiful bag and I love the color. I think it will break in nicely. However, the Crossbody strap is terrible. I don’t like that it’s adjustable and it seems kind of flimsy and the stitching is not great. I expect better from this brand and at this price point. I’m trying to find another Crossbody strap that will work otherwise it will sadly be returned.

Wrong Description -
Bag color was pretty but the leather was patent, not box. The bag arrived the next day but the packaging felt cheap! It was wrapped in a plastic bag like those take out bags and clearly wrong size dust bag.
I purchased the same bag but different color on Givenchy’s website instead - it was cheaper, provided correct dust bag size, and even had a paper bag as if I shopped in store!
