poor quality
These boots were $700. I would expect better quality. The box was not new. The boots obviously had been worn and the toes and soles were scuffed on top of that. They were not good quality. Also no dust bag. They had obviously been worn and returned. I find this to be disgraceful from Nordstrom. Anyway, on top of that, there were too small and too narrow.

I am a 9 or 39. Based on reviews I ordered a 39 1/2 or 1/2 size larger. I received a 40. I ordered a 9.5 and got a 39 1/2. It is the right size. It fits like a glove and is very comfortable. I have a somewhat narrow foot so might not work for a wider foot. Ordered red and it is more of an orange red but looks great.

Soft leather
The color is definitely more orange than red but I’m fine with that. The leather is very soft and the foot bed has a lot of cushion. I have a wide foot and typically wear a 9 1/2 Wide. I purchased the 10 and they fit great. It’s because of the softness of the leather. They do mould to your foot. I might grab the black while they are on sale.
