Disappointed
Do not purchase from Nordstrom. Buy it from the seller. I bought this during the sale and my item arrived defective with a scratch on it. They would not exchange it for the same price and won’t offer any help. I spent an hour with customer service online. Will not be purchasing third seller items from Nordstrom again. Shoe seems like it fits true to size otherwise.

Beautiful shoes
Wasn't sure of size, ordered a 41 and will return for a 40. I am so hoping they fit, they are beautifully made. I usually wear a 9-1/2 but have narrower feet. So glad I ordered. The navy is very deep, almost black.

Great loafers
These are very nice loafers and I'm quite happy with them. Beautiful dark brown leather and construction appears to be excellent. I had been looking for something similar to Freda Salvador Elba loafers and these were perfect and much more affordable - amazing quality for the price. They are true to size, I always wear a EU 41 (usually US women's 10) and these fit perfectly with thinner socks. A little tight with thicker socks but still doable. Comfortable out of the box, required almost no breaking in. Highly recommend and would buy more shoes from this brand.
