Stop allowing reviews from other sources!
Unless Nordstrom has some way of absolutely confirming that the reviews from outside sources (particularly the maker of the item) have not been culled to remove the bad ones, Nordstrom should absolutely stop with allowing outside reviews to be posted on Nordstrom's website. Only verified purchase reviews from Nordstrom should be allowed. Of the 1.1K reviews on this item, only 13 are verified purchases and not even verified purchases from Nordstrom but from the maker.

incredibly mid
I use this every few days. It’s ok. But every time I use it, I marvel at the price and how remarkably mediocre it is. The heat isn’t very hot. The massagers feel very robotic. It’s not terribly quiet. There’s no pressure past the mid foot. Learn to give yourself a foot massage instead.

It’s doing its job.
