14k Gold & Cultured Pearl Bracelet

Pretty delicate. I am worried it will not hold up to daily use but might be ok for occasional use in older child. The biggest issue is the wire that runs through the pearl is only a twist tie type wire that attaches to the chain and it looks precariously weak. Otherwise it is a nice simple chain, but I do not expect it will last many years. Too bad, if they had just used a saughtered link through the pearl it would be a solid piece to last a lot of wear. As is, I am not sure I should keep it, just wish it was a little more sturdy. Someone who ordered the sterling pearl bracelet said this type of pearl link is what broke on their piece. I hope this is made better than that and does not have that issue but that area is definitely the weak spot in how this bracelet is put together. Wish they had just spend a little more on raw material to make it a more solid piece. I would have been happy to pay a few dollars more for a piece I know will last and be up to routine wear.
