Mickey Terry Adjustable Shower Slide Slipper (Women)

For awhile after trying on these slippers, I thought they would work since I could adjust the Velcro closures. However after wearing them around my apt, I found they were cutting into both of my feet in the arch area. Even after I took them off my feet felt painful for another 2 hours. I'll have to return them along the other 2 pair of Dearfoams I recd at the same time. Unfortunately, there are no return instructions, forms or shipping labels. I'm very disappointed in my experience because I used to think that Dearfoam was a good brand with high quality products at reasonable prices. I would say the prices I paid for this order were reasonable until I consider the inconvenience of returning all 3 pair & having nothing to show for my effort. If this is any indication of your customer service, I would be surprised if I recd a refund of the full price rather than having the shipping cost deducted. I hope I'll be wrong!
