disappointed
I loved the look of this shoe but when I tried them on, one of the shoes was completely slick on the bottom. I’m guessing it was a factory mistake so I returned it and tried ordering again. They sent me the exact same pair of shoes that was defective even after I explained they were defective. Disappointed in the quality control.

Cute Lace Slingback
I ordered in a 10 and it was too big especially because the strap isn’t adjustable?! WHY do they make any Slingback w/o an adjustable strap? I’m reordering in a 9.5. My friend ordered in a 12 and was way too short for her so 🤷‍♀️. It’s a cute shoe and seems comfortable with the padding but I’d pay a few dollars more for a better version.
