Refraction II Bag

The purse was everything I expected the issue is the way it was packaged it came in a box that was obviously to small for it . So when they packed it they had to literally force it in the box so now the bag has this horrible shape to it . They should of shipped it in a long flat box laying flat and maybe even stuffed it with tissue so it could retain its shaped inside they shipped it in a square cube box and then pushed it down in so it would fix and this is the results of that in the photos I added .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s cute but whoever shipped it bent the handles both facing the same side so it’s misshaped and its pretty frustrating

It’s beautiful and roomy! I receive compliments everywhere I go (not that other peoples opinion matters much about things I like lol) It’s amazing! I will be getting it in black
