If you’re debating on getting this backpack, the answer is YES! I use it for work -I put my laptop, lunch, and commuter shoes in it. If you really wanted to, you could probably fit more.

Terrible Quality
I am extremely disappointed. In September we bought my daughter the backpack after all summer of her working to earn it. She values it and takes really good care of it. It’s the beginning of December and it’s already ripped. When I contacted the company, they would not help. They would not replace it or repair it. They did, however, leave me a link to get it fixed since this must occur frequently. They have their own list of references for it to get fixed, yet they will not pay for the repair. How do you have a list of references to share to fix this exact problem when the bag is so expensive. Very disappointing and would not recommend the backpack for anyone to buy. It will fall apart. A company of this caliber should back their product.

Not durable
Loved this backpack for 4 days. Took it on a work trip - two flights and indoor meetings - and it developed a small hole in the bottom. It is a great size and well designed but I returned it due to lack of durability.

would have given 5 stars but...
I love the way this bag looked until I smelt it reeked of perfume then go top it off opened it and it had someone's pens and a bag of medicine ! Obviously this bag was used and returned! Not Nordstroms usual high standards! I feel those are slipping badly! I may reorder and Hope I don't get the same bag again!

Best Backpack!
Because of the price point I debated on purchasing this item but she. Planning my last trip, I kept coming back to it. I decided to treat myself and I was so glad for it! The backpack is very durable with lots of pockets and comes with a little pouch. I was able to use the backpack as my free personal item on budget air and fit two days of lighter clothes into the pouch. I was able to fit the pouch, a book, tech items, snacks, a scarf and a small purse into the backpack. The back of the backpack has a sleeve to put the backpack onto the handle of your suitcase or it will close and make another pocket! This isn’t my first MZ Wallace purchase and it won’t be my last.
