Tie the sash at the waist to create shape through the torso, or wear the Merritt open for a more relaxed look. Stylist tip: To remove shoulder pads, simply pull the pads out through the small hole near the internal seam of the shoulder.

Great cardigan alternative

I was looking for a black cardigan alternative and this was a great find. It’s beautifully tailored and super flattering. The fabric is a little strange (I wish it was slightly softer/cozier) but I think that is what gives it a more structured look.
