Good budget boot.
Value for the price. Could be warmer, ok to 15 Fahrenheit. Could have more traction. Throw on some yaktrax if the trail is firm.

Excellent winter boot
Just bought these a month ago and got a chance to use them on multiple occasions after some recent snowfall. They are my first pair of Merrell's, and there is no comparison to some of the mass-retail brands. Boot quality, traction and warmth (was outside for hours in 15-20 degrees) is excellent!

Best winter boots I've ever owned!
Can't recommend these enough as they are the best winter boots I've ever owned! Fit perfect, comfortable right out of the box and extremely warm. Game changer for me when I'm out in the snow!
