Valenza Loafer

Bought this loafer today. Found it ran true to size. I have a high arch and immediately felt comfortable. Will wear around the house again to confirm.

Found these on sale at Nordstroms and fell in love immediately. Tried them on in the store and they seemed fine. But then I wore them to a work event and had them on for a total of 2 hours; most of it sitting! By the time I left, I was literally hobbling as the back of the heel was digging so painfully into the back of my ankle I could barely walk. I've had other Mephisto shoes and never this issue. Sadly, going to return these ASAP!

This loafer’s suede is soft and is pretty taupe color. However, it was sized too big and did not have enough structure for someone with narrow heels.

Bought while on sale & am so happy I did. I wore all season & would buy another pair in a heart beat, have loved these shoes

Beautiful shoes but to narrow on toes

I am extremely disappointed with this purchase. First, my shoes were delivered to the wrong address. After finally locating the package, I opened it only to discover that the shoes were clearly used. Is this some kind of joke? Is this how Nordstrom handles its promotions—by selling used shoes as new? One of the shoes is a different color from the other because of wear, and even the soles are dirty. This is completely unacceptable. I expected a new product, not a pair that looks like someone else already wore them. This has been a very frustrating experience, and I expect an explanation and a proper resolution.
