Received Damaged

Just received this gift I bought for my husband for Valentines Day, when I opened it before gift wrapping, there is NO clasp to close it! It is none returnable! Also, the size is super small for a man’s wrist! Very disappointed and Nordstrom needs to look into this faulty item!

It's beautiful but too small, not 8", counting the clasp it's just over 7.5"
