I received wrong bathrobe

As a new customer I was optimistic and excited when recalling favorable impressions of Nordstrom over the years. Instructions for this bathrobe included washing before wearing. Washing and drying instructions were followed to the letter, simple. Only then did I realize that this robe is hooded, a feature I dislike very much. Sadly, the robe is built small. For lack of better terminology, it does not remain "folded over" when I am stationary or at rest. It is light weight, thin material. My old and thoroughly worn terrycloth robe of knee length weighs more than this new bathrobe. That's a sad observation. The new robe's tie-belt is 13" shorter than the old robe. This consumer smells many corners cut, deviations from customary and standard bathrobes. Further, though not bathrobe related, I wondered if I'd have another birthday before the robe arrived. Delays, etc are typical for that shipper. I feel that shipping time required was absurd. I am very disappointed with this thing and with Nordstrom. My old bathrobe is tattered but is far better.
