Item never arrived tried to charge me anyway
This item never arrived and had to fight with Nordstrom to have it credited . Will never order again or shop here again. Lots of hassle and stress for what was supposed to be a nice holiday gift. Went to Nieman Marcus for a bag instead where they still understand customer service. Should be zero stars since it never arrived and customer service was horrendous.
