Gorgeous Bag

Wow this bag is better in person that even pictured online! I love the lavender accent. Lavender is one of my favorite colors however oftentimes doesn't compliment me the same way. The bag is sturdy, well made and comfortable on the shoulder. This is the third Chloe bag, similar style however different fabric or color that I have ordered. Of the three this one is my preference. I'm medium height, 5'7" and the bag isn't too small for me. It's perfect for anyone who prefers simplicity, style and the classic basic appearance to their handbags. Casual, yet practical for business or travel.

Cheaply made

I was so disappointed in the Chloe tote. The letters on the straps are vinyl stickers!! Stickers! On a bag over $1000. Just no. They peeled off after 1 day of use. It’s a sedum that so many influencers use this as a travel bag-there is no way the letters on the straps would survive travel. I am also not the only one I know who has this problem, a friend of mine had the stickers stuck to her arm. Nordstrom also gave me a tough time returning since it was damaged, even though it was less than 30 days. This bad should not even be sold

Poorly made

The bag size and shape is great, but the details need work. After a few years of minimal use, the plastic letters peel and the leather color at the handle runs. I contacted Chloe to see if they could fix the issues and they said that, since it was outside of the 1 year warranty window, they would not do anything, instead telling me to ship the bag to NJ for someone to fix it. All costs- shipping, cleaning, repair etc. would be paid by me. For a piece that costs over $1,000 I would think it would last much better than it has.

Dream Spring/Summer Tote

I had no idea this bag came in a darker color way until recently! The white/blue caught my attention because I wear a lot of dark colors. I tried it on, and I instantly fell in love. The medium size is perfect for my height (5’1”). The straps are so comfortable and fit perfectly on my shoulder with room to spare between my armpit and the top of the tote. It fits a lot and it’s very lightweight (when not filled to the brim, of course). I love how it pairs perfectly with both dressy and casual looks. Overall, I rate it a 10/10, and I recommend it to everyone!
