Medium Andiamo Intrecciato Suede Shoulder Bag

First of all I will say it is a beautiful bag, in spite of Nordstrom’s careless shipping methods. The three stars is because this luxury item was sent in a box with no tags attached, no dust bag and no protective wrapping whatsoever or tissue inside to protect the shape even. This is not the first time I’ve purchased a designer item from Nordstrom and had it sent to me this way. It’s crazy that they send a suede bag this way and just hope for the best? I mean if I decided to return the bag for any reason I would have to explain why I don’t have the tags or even proper packaging and we know all of these bags come with multiple layers of tissue paper to protect them in shipping so what happened here Nordstrom. Your customers deserve better. Very disappointing when you spend this much money and look forward to receiving it in meticulous condition. I never write reviews but this has to change Nordstrom or I will purchase elsewhere in the future.
