I have literally a dozen MCM bags and usually always great quality but this was surprisingly disappointing. Leather felt very cheap and didn’t even smell like leather. Unfortunately wound up returning. The style is cute tho and gave 3 stars for suede lining inside and dual strap option.

Cute But Nope!
I had to have this bag! I mean it is so cute and a little different from my other MCM bags. A little more subtle with the emblem vs the MCM lettering all over the bag.
So I read reviews of people saying it looked cheap for the price, and while o don’t totally agree I can see why. The leather is soft but the structure of the bag (at least mine) is not made well. It wasn’t smooth so there were areas where I could see it was put together well and was puckering. Also once I got it on the day light the coloring seemed ashy not a true black.
While I loved the bag, I felt like it wasn’t worth the money I paid.

Not Exactly as pictured
I like MCM and thought this bag was a twist on their usually heavily logo patterned designs. I ordered it in Cognac and when received and opened it was disappointing. The bag is not structured as in the picture - more Hobo like and soft. I'm not convinced the bag is leather - no rich leather smell...more perfumed than anything. It's not horrible and would work as a day bag if you have the money and love the brand. I'm returning it and think there are better options for me.
