Maxime Platform Slingback Sandal (Women)

Hello lovers. I’m obsessed with these Chloé wedges. I paid $489 for them and the price went up immediately after, which felt like the kind of plot twist Carrie Bradshaw would narrate in a voiceover about “sometimes the shoe chooses you.” I’ve been coveting these for months, walking into the store just to stare at them like they were a man I knew was bad for me but irresistible anyway. I truly never thought I’d get to own them, and yet here we are. They’re genuinely comfy for designer shoes, but they do need a little breaking in. I stood in them for about 4.5 hours straight at a volunteer gig for a nonprofit and got a couple blisters on first wear, but honestly that was my fault for throwing them straight into a marathon. Once the leather softens, these are going to be perfect. They actually work really well for wide feet, the arch support is intense and beautiful, and the rocking motion of the wedge is surprisingly ergonomic, almost Dansko-coded but in a chic way. I just wish the metatarsal support was a bit stronger, but that’s an easy add. And yes, in true Carrie fashion, I am literally about to move back in with my parents and still somehow justified spending $500 on these shoes. But they go with every outfit I own and make me feel like the main character, which honestly feels priceless.

I absolutely love these shoes!! Not only are they True to Size, but they are well made and , Gorgeous!! They are also comfortable!! I bought both colors! I normally wouldn’t pay that much for a shoe but, these are worth it! I will have these forever! I Absolutely Love them!! They don’t disappoint!!
