Never received and Nordstrom is zero help.

I would love to write a review for this product. But I never received it. I will review Nordstrom’s customer service. It’s a big fat zero. I’ll think twice before shopping with them. There is always Saks and other many stores. As a soon to be previous loyal customer, I’m so disappointed.
