perfect airy summer top

Really cute super light weight blouse. Runs quite large. Size chart recommended a 12 (40 inch bust, 32 waist) but I was swimming in it. Sized down 2 sized to an 8 and it’s perfect. Still oversized and flouncy but not a potato sack.
