No vibration massage
I received my order and my machine does not look like the photo on Nordstrom web site. Both machine & remote are missing the vibration massage. I am not sure if I received an older version. I contacted Nordstrom customer service and was advised to return this one and reorder. I hope my new order is correct. I tried it and it works great. However, it is missing the vibration massage feature, so I cannot tell how this is supposed to feel overall.

Photos do not match what I received
The model/version I received is different from the advertised version. My friend experienced the same issue. The version I received does not have a vibration setting. That aside, I do like the massager, but recommend not doing it on bare skin as the fabric is not soft enough to feel comfortable. Use a towel for calf massage and socks for feet to prevent skin chafing.

So far so good..
The handle is a bit finicky to adjust and would get stuck often. But the massaging function works well, though I like it for the feet better than the calves. You can barely feel the shiatsu rolling unless you press your legs against the machine

Pressure is excellent
The pressure is very good but not easy to adjust the roller to work the area of my foot where I am having most challenges.
