adjustable arm is stuck
The massage is pretty good, but the adjustable arm on its first use is stuck.
So we cannot move move it. We’ll need to return.

Pressure is excellent
The pressure is very good but not easy to adjust the roller to work the area of my foot where I am having most challenges.

It’s heavy and I wished I was able to adjust the height more but it works as expected.

Feels great and has plenty of strength.
Just received the unit and it feels great. The highest setting is too intense for my sensitive feet. Unfortunately, the remote doesn’t work. I’m hoping the company will send me a replacement soon.
