The Mini Dual Chain Diamond Quilted Leather Shoulder Bag

I never got it in mail and I am stuck having to pay for something I didn't have, so therefore zero stars. The packaging was so poor it was only closed by a few strips of glue and no tape was used. No signature required and the mailman never knock or rang my door. I was home the whole time waiting for package. The box was open and completely empty when I saw it. I called CS they said they will get me a refund and told me to order another one. I'm glad I didn't do as what they said because I don't want to deal with another bad packaging. I never got a refund as promised. I called and emailed again but then I was denied for a refund. I contacted my bank and they refused to give money back because Nordstrom told them not to. I live 2 hours away so I can't do store pick up. I am surprised this luxury store would be so poor with packaging, shipping, and customer service. I think delivery company employees has something to do with Nordstrom's frequent missing items in mail all over the reviews on internet. I won't come back.
