Mavey Pointed Toe Bootie

Love this boot more than I thought I would! It’s very comfortable as the heel height is low, but with the pointed toe, it still elongates my legs, which I love! These will be great walking around town, running errands or dressed up for a night out! It’s an everyday boot feel, without the “everyday” kind of look. So comfortable! The dark brown suede is very dark chocolate, without a hint of red tones, so it can pair well with black or any other colors, for that matter. I see myself wearing these very often come fall.

These are sooooo pointy it’s comical. If you’re into that look, great. Just be aware ! Other than that, the shoe fits true to size and is made very well great quality. It’s just so so pointy. There’s like a whole room after your toes stop lol!

So comfortable right out of the box and can wear with pants and dresses. I absolutely love them!! I now need them in other colors.

Maybe these could look flattering on someone tall and lean, but for a petite, curvy girl with short legs these just made me look like a witch. Width-wise they seem comfortable; I did size up to an 8.5 from my usual 8 due to the pointy toe. The leather seems nice and has some structure, heel is a good height and they seem like they'd be easy to wear all day. Every time I looked in the mirror when I was trying these on, all I could think was that I looked like the wicked witch of the east. I ended up with a different pair of black leather boots from the sale that are much more flattering for me.

I wanted to get a dark brown boot as it is a strong fall color. The color is good. That said I don’t love this boot style. The toe is VERY pointed and is not appealing. I see others have also commented on this. Also runs a bit large. Sadly I will be returning.

Love the boots! The point is so well done that there's no chance of squished or bunion type toes happening! Love the taupe shade and perfect height!
